Forrest

Forrest is an exciting and unexpected addition at Kenmar Hounds. A NINE generation throwback, chocolate and tan dapple. In addition to the unexpected splash of color, it became OBVIOUS at a young age the Forrest had the conformation and temperament that makes a great show dog! Apparently the judges agree, Forrest finished his championship with FOUR major wins on his first birthday. Within two months Forrest in limited showing completed the requirements for his Grand Championship at 14 months of age. Unfortunately due to a rare and intense form of prostatitis, Forrest was neutered and now has moved into the world of obedience. He will continue to compete in this new venue. Thankfully we have frozen semen stored and he will have several more opportunities to improve this beloved breed.
